This new digital experience is more than just a cosmetic update. Enhancements were made based on extensive research by our Member Experience team and testing by members. We addressed the underlying core technology and took a userâcentric approach to address unmet member experience needs.

- Access Health Journeys for a quick view of everything related to their care, such as their personal health record, benefit coverage, conditionâspecific information, and care and programs to help members reach their health goals
- Build a virtual care team for quick access to primary and preferred providers
- View personal reminders and activities to manage their health
- Schedule online appointments (available to local plan members only)
- Easily access additional benefits, partner solutions, and other available programs
